Our Story

We love this business.  From the Chef to the Dishwasher, from the VP of Marketing to the Welder in the factory, we love this business.

Capping years of experience in the industry, PJ Lamb and Carl Boutilier came together in 2015 to create a new rep firm.

PB&J covers the traditional MAFSI Region 17.

Patrick Elens.   Customer Service Manager.

Corporate Chef.

After a successful career in sales, Patrick shifted gears and pursued his passion for food.  He attended Joliet Junior College's highly respected culinary school and had fun as a chef before joining the team.   Although he is a family man, you can often see him alone in his garden... hugging his tomato plants.

Nina Knight.  Customer Service.

Although a recent college graduate, Nina has been in customer service for a few years already.   She never slows down, especially when people are chasing her up a rock wall.

Steve Greenberg.  Outside Sales.

Steve's time as a sales manager for a Dealer and also for a manufacturer prepared him for his role as a major account specialist.   As you can see, Steve was taken hostage by native islanders during one of his frequent trips to the tropics.

Matt Orzolek.  Outside Sales.

Matt graduated from Aurora University with a degree in Business.  He has a life-long passion for sales and golfing.  "Go Cubbies... Sorry Carl and PJ!"

Jan Lamb.  Admin. Support

Jan has been in the business 20 years, handling administrative and customer service functions.  The proud mother of 4 and grandmother of 7 this the busy body can multitask with the best of them.

Stacey Boutilier.  Admin Support.

Stacey has been active in the foodservice business for many years, and now helps with Administrative projects.  She's been a White Sox fan since Bill Melton won her heart all those years ago.
